HISTORY Donald Paradis has been convicted of first degree murder and sentenced to death in the killing of Kimberly Ann Palmer. In State v. Paradis, 106 Idaho 117, 676 P.2d 31 (1984), cert. denied U.S. , 104 S.Ct. 3592, 82 L.Ed.2d 888, this Court affirmed the conviction and the sentence. The history behind the arrest and conviction of Paradis is adequately contained in our decision on Paradis' direct appeal and will not be repeated here.
